Report a missed bin collection
We aim to collect your bin by 1 pm on your usual collection day.
If your bin has not been emptied by 1 pm on your bin collection day, let us know within 2 business days so we can arrange another collection. Find out your collection day on our Find your bin day page.
We don't collect bins on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day. To check collections on other public holidays, visit our Changes to Council services on public holidays page.

Leave your bin out in its usual collection spot. We'll empty it in a few days.
If your bin is overflowing or has waste we can't collect, we'll leave a leaflet in your letterbox.

If your bin is damaged
Put your bin out on your next collection day. We'll repair the bin, or if we can't find it we'll come back on your next collection day. Allow up to 2 collection cycles for us to repair your bin.
If your bin can't be repaired, we'll replace it.
If your bin is missing
We'll deliver a new bin within 2 business days.
