It’s free to join the library and borrow items from our collections. However, to enable us to make our services available to everyone, charges apply to some services.
Payments can be made online or in our libraries via credit card, EFTPOS or cheque. We are cash-free.
Lending
While there are no fines to encourage returns so that everyone can enjoy our services, we suspend your borrowing rights if you have:
- an item more than 7 days overdue
- renewed items 3 times and they are overdue
- an item 30 days overdue, it will be considered lost and a replacement charge applied
- any outstanding charges.
If your outstanding fines add up to $50 or more, they are passed onto a debt collection agency.
To avoid overdue items, you can set up email notifications to be alerted before your items are due.

Photocopying and printing
You can print your documents or pages from the internet at any of our libraries.
