When do you need to submit a booking? 

You need to submit a booking request when your event involves: 

  • 50 or more people (adults and children).
  • third-party vendors for things like children’s entertainment or food sales.
  • additional infrastructure such as temporary structures or equipment.
  • a wedding ceremony.

Events with less than 50 people that don’t involve any third-party vendors or additional infrastructure don't need a booking.
