Activities for seniors

Learn about the useful functions of your Apple iPad! Beginner and Intermediate skill levels covered. The group is designed to help you practice sending emails, searching the internet, taking photos, and using apps. Members must be over 65 years and registered with My Aged Care. I run a laughter club session with warming up stretches, laughter yoga exercises and a meditation every Monday on Zoom from 7pm to 7.30pm to promote laughter for health, happiness, wellbeing and community bonding.

Scamwatch is run by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). It provides information to consumers and small businesses about how to recognise, avoid and report scams.
