If you're a carer you may be eligible for respite care - where someone else looks after the person you care for so you can take a break. This may range from a few hours to longer and may be at your own home or at a centre. Contact My Aged Care to see if you are eligible for subsidised services. If you are eligible an assessor will help you find services to suit your needs.

Join us on Tuesday and Friday mornings between 9:30 am to 11 am at the Seniors Exercise Park in Victoria Park, Kew. These sessions are run by a group of 10 volunteers from the community who have undertaken training with the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI). This friendly, enthusiastic team is equipped to run our Come and Try sessions at the park, and demonstrate how you can use the equipment safely and effectively. If you’re interested in ways to improve balance, strength, or mobility, or you want to try a new activity this year, come along to our next Come and Try session.
