The course is for those who have some experience with Nordic Walking and would like to explore further. For those members who have completed the Nordic Walking for Beginners class.

Pilates exercises require concentration and perseverance. While it can take time to master some of the exercises, with patience and practice you will improve. Weekly class helps to build a strong core and to strengthen your whole body. Outside of class you will feel the benefits of pilates in your day-to-day activity!

Pilates is a core and balance class that involves mat-based exercises to improve balance and core strength. This class is a fun environment with exercises completed to soft music.
