The results for the 2024 Community Satisfaction Survey are in and we are pleased to share that our overall index score increased 2 points this year to a score of 69 out of 100.
Boroondara is consistently placed as one of the best rated Victorian councils that participate in this survey. This year we maintained our reputation with an overall performance score well above the Metropolitan and Statewide averages of 63 and 54 respectively.
