It's that time of year again Boroondara! Take a look at the 100 most borrowed adult fiction books in 2022. How many have you read? The list shifted quite a bit this year with nearly half the titles appearing for the first time.

Number one goes to Apples never fall* by smash hit Aussie author, Liane Moriarty. This is the third time Moriarty has taken out the top spot, as well as a second and third over the years.

It is wonderful to see such strong support for our outstanding Australian women writers. Pip Williams, Hannah Kent, Jane Harper, Alice Pung, Tara June-Winch, Melissa Lucashenko, and Heather Rose are also some of our favourites.

As always Boroondara loves a good crime read with Michael Robotham, Christian White, Dervla McTiernan, Michael Connelly and Ann Cleeves featuring regularly on this list.

Reserve some of these great titles to enjoy over summer!
