Get ready, Boroondara! The highly anticipated Summer in the Park 2025 festival is here and it’s bigger than ever.
This year’s Summer in the Park line-up is packed with fantastic arts and entertainment events taking place on weekends through February and the start of March.
Every single performance is completely free with no bookings, tickets or reservations needed. Just pack a picnic and join us at the brand-new Festival Hub and Main Stage events.

Festival Hub performances
Featuring a line-up of 12 performances and over 40 artists, we’ll kick off the festival here at the Launch Party on 1 February. With a bar and food at the Festival Hub available for all Summer in the Park events, prepare to kick back, relax and soak up performances.

- Opera in the Park on Saturday 1 March at Canterbury Gardens, 6 pm to 8:30 pm
Weather conditions
Although we’re forecast to get hot weather over the coming months, Summer in the Park will still go ahead if the weather cools down or gets a bit wet.
Event(s) may be cancelled for safety reasons if there is heavy rain or storms.
Unfortunately, we are not able to reschedule cancelled events.
