Our Club prides itself on teaching traditional Japanese karate focusing on students’ health and wellbeing, self-confidence, self-discipline, while its main aim being self-defence. Our classes are designed in a fun but effective way to enhance physical fitness and stamina in a safe environment. They focus on self-defence, physical activity and general wellbeing while being low cost at a time when cost of living is of concern for all.Cost$7.00 per lesson. First lesson is free.A yearly membership is $40 with a $30 yearly insurance fee..
