The Seniors Exercise Park has a range of outdoor exercise equipment designed to help improve balance, strength, functional movement, range of motion and mobility.
Join us at our open day, where Seniors Exercise Park volunteers who have trained with the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI), will demonstrate how best to use the equipment and the ways in which it can improve your balance, strength and mobility.
Register for open day
Register for an open day session. There are 3 session times to choose from and each session is 20 minutes.
Enjoy a complimentary snack and coffee before or after your session.
Free Come and Try sessions
You can also drop in on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9.30 am to 11:00 am for a 'Come and Try' session. These are free, and suitable for older adults of all fitness levels. No need to book, just come along and enjoy! Find out more on our Come and Try page.
