Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, pilates is designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall well-being. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of low-impact exercises aimed at improving posture, balance, and core strength.
There will be some spare mats available; however, please bring your own if you have one. Please also ensure you bring a water bottle.
For adults aged 18+ years.
This session will be led by Yanmei, an experienced pilates instructor from the local YMCA.
