Event details
Pack your picnics and come and enjoy this glorious queer reworking of Stephen Sondheim’s Marry Me a Little. Drawing on the 2012 Broadway revival, this production debuted at Melbourne’s 2023 Midsumma Festival, featuring a queer reinterpretation of the love story with two men and a reorchestrated score with guitar and piano.
With hit Sondheim songs such as “Can That Boy Foxtrot” and “There won’t be Trumpets” as well lesser-known classics, this is a show not to be missed.
This is a safe, inclusive event. AUSLAN interpreter is available for this event. Please contact Boroondara Arts in advance if this service is required.
This forms part of our most loved series of arts and culture events, Summer in the Park. You can find out more about the full series of events on our Summer in the Park page.
