Event details
What does financial wellbeing mean to you?
Every now and then there are unexpected things that can happen to us in life. Sometimes these unexpected events can have a financial impact, which may cause us to experience financial stress. We may then experience difficulty in trying to move forward in our life, as a result of this financial stress or setback.
Explore what financial wellbeing means to you, as well what can cause someone to experience financial setbacks, how this can impact your finances and how to practice financial self-care. We will also look at what tools, supports and resources can support you with moving forward to plan for your future.
Light refreshments will be provided. Register your place or drop in on the day.
This session is hosted by Good Shepherd Financial Independence Hub in partnership with City of Boroondara and Craig Family Centre as part of 16 Days of Activism and open to women and gender diverse people of all ages.
In 2024, Respect Victoria and Safe and Equal are working together to support local community engagement with the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. City of Boroondara has received funding from Respect Victoria’s 16 Days of Activism grassroots initiative to support our program of community events.
