Event details
Rainbow families and allies are invited to our special rainbow-themed public ride session to celebrate IDAHOBIT (International Day Against LGBTQIA+ Discrimination).
Children can bring their scooter or bike and practise their skills and following traffic rules in the miniature village and play in the various cubby houses, mini train, bus and tram.
There will be yummy rainbow cupcakes, kids’ activities and more.
All rainbow families and allies are encouraged to attend to celebrate and show their support for our LGBTQIA+ communities in Boroondara.
Kew Traffic School is a fun and engaging space for children. Designed specifically with ages up to 6 years old in mind.
Bookings are required for each child riding or scooting on the track. Each booking is limited to 6 children.
Children need to bring their own bicycle or scooter and helmet. It is a requirement that all riders wear a helmet. Please note that the rainbow picnic and public ride session is a parent and caregiver supervised event. Feel free to bring a picnic rug and snacks.
