The anthology explores identity and community through diverse and vibrant narratives of cultural adaptation and resilience, edited by Aarti Betigeri and Daizy Maan. Daizy Maan: Daizy Maan is an advocate, speaker and founder of Australian South Asian Centre - an organisation dedicated to empowering South Asian women founders, creatives and professionals. She recently produced and performed in Brown Women Comedy at Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Fringe. Her work has featured in SBS World News, ABC & The Age. She is proudly Punjabi-Australian and lives in Melbourne. Natasha Pinto, When I'm in Australia, and When There's No One I Know Natasha Pinto is a writer of Goan, Indian descent. Her work has appeared in APHRA Magazine, theMusic.com.au and Stack Magazine and explores music, race, representation and the Australian immigrant experience. She is currently completing a Master's degree in Music Therapy at The University of Melbourne, alongside booking Melbourne's iconic live music venues, the Corner Hotel and Northcote Social Club.  Preeti Maharaj, A Tangle of Tenses Preeti Maharaj was born in Fiji. She is the descendent of Girmityas, who were indentured labourers taken from India to work in sugar cane fields of Fiji by the British. She immigrated to Australia with her family when she was 12 after two military coups.
