Find your zen at our Gentle Yoga in the library session. Discover the benefit of traditional yoga with modern insights.
This gentle session will focus on relaxation, breath awareness and mindfulness. Designed for all levels, you will leave the session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
For ages 18+.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
This session will be led by Sasha, an experienced yoga teacher from the local YMCA.
