The Fit Park series of free outdoor fitness activities is returning from February to May 2025.
Outdoor fitness has many benefits. Not only is it a great way to get some exercise, enjoy the sunshine and connect with others in the community, but it also does wonders for our physical and mental health.
This year, we’re running our Fit Park series across Boroondara’s local parks and outdoor spaces. Experience a range of fun outdoor fitness classes including tai chi in the park, a fitness bootcamp, boxing and Pilates.
All classes take place in a supportive and encouraging environment so no matter your age or ability, everyone is welcome to come along and give it a go.
