Event details
Through hands-on activities and games, children will learn how to protect nature now and into the future. Guided by an expert educator at CERES Community Environment Park, children will:
- tune in and connect with local habitat through a dynamic Biodiversity Bingo game
- explore CERES’ habitat corridor on the Merri Creek
- make a seed ball with seeds for flowering plants for pollinators and beneficial bugs!
This workshop is aimed at children aged 5 to 8 years.
Each child must have an adult guardian present throughout the workshop and any breaks (maximum one guardian per child).
