Bridge is a much-loved card game that is played all over the world. Join others in this friendly group and learn how to play Bridge.

Scamwatch is run by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). It provides information to consumers and small businesses about how to recognise, avoid and report scams.

Gain digital know-how and build confidence using technology.

Be Connected is a program we run in partnership with the Australian Government. We can help you get online, learn digital skills and help with any issues or questions about your smartphone, computer or tablet. Drop in for a session with Bo - no task is too small!

A friendly club for retirees with activities that include quarterly day bus trips, lunches, walks, scrabble, mah-jong, table tennis and more. New members and visitors welcome. Takes place on various days and at various locations. Cost: contact club for details.

For older people who are keen to learn, share stories and make friends. Program includes armchair travels, visits from the NGV curator, Melbourne's lost architecture and much, much more.

Get your do-si-do on at Balwyn Evergreen's new Line dancing class. Have fun and make new friends while learning some new moves. The class is held weekly on a Wednesday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and includes a cuppa after. Please check our website for dates or contact us for more information. Local transport can be offered (cost applies). First session is free.

Lions Clubs are part of community life, in our cities and the country. Each club is part of an international association, filled with people who are joined by the common desire to make their communities better, by using their creativity, enthusiasm and energy.

Members of Lions Australia have the opportunity to experience a number of personal benefits including leadership skills, a sense of self-worth and purpose, business skills, networking opportunities and lifelong friendships.

The Lions Club of Boroondara Gardiners Creek meets regularly at the Craig Family Centre. Members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work together in a friendly environment to help others in the greater Boroondara community.

Learn language skills tailored for daily tasks, from reading labels to filling out forms. Gain confidence in navigating real-world situations, understanding Australian culture, enhancing independence and participation in society.

We welcome new students at anytime, however, you will need an interview with the co-ordinator before enrolling.

Come share food with friends in our Community Dining room. Caring volunteers provide a friendly and welcoming environment to socialise and meet new people. You can do activities at the Centre before or after.
