Activities for seniors

We hold regular activities and events including guest speakers, book club and trivia nights. Refer to our website for full particulars of the activities of our club. Second Tuesday of the month from 10 am to 12 pm. Cost: please contact the club for details.

We are a Probus Club, which provides fellowship, fun and friendship to all retirees. We meet on the second Friday of each month except January from 10 am to noon. We have coffee mornings, a walking group, a group subscribing to the Malvern Theatre company and we also have day activities visiting places of interest. Cost: contact club for details.

We provide opportunities for older people of all abilities and interests to participate in group activities to enhance wellbeing and foster connections, Tai chi, Line Dancing, Traditional Dancing, Choir, warm up and stretching and outings. We aim to encourage our members to be socially active, lead healthy lives and blend into the local community. We also partner with other clubs to provide joint activities and programs to members. Cost: $20 annual membership fee.

Our Club is for men who are retired, or about to retire, and want to enjoy life and make some new friends. We host monthly meetings with interesting speakers and a program of enjoyable physical, recreational, and social activity. You can stay active surrounded by good company! Joining is easy. Simply come to one of our meetings, listen to our guest speaker, and join in the conversation over morning tea. If you enjoy the experience, tell us and we’ll take care of the rest. We are a mixed group of seniors whose Club has monthly Monday meetings with a guest speaker. Other varied and interesting activities are also organised including dine-outs, excursions, theatre, films, walks, garden groups, caravan and cabin group, craft and conversation group, picnics.
