Boroondara’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey is currently being conducted and we would appreciate your feedback.

This anonymous survey will ask a range of questions to understand your perception of our performance when it comes to the delivery of important services such as waste management, appearance of public areas and recreational facilities. This provides important insights into where we are performing well and where we can improve.

Independent research agency National Field Services will manage this research on behalf of Council, from 29 January until mid-March.

Your privacy and security are important to us. We do not release any contact information for the purpose of market research. National Field Services will be contacting publicly-listed numbers only. They will not be requesting any payment or identifying information from you. You should never expect a phone call from a private number from or on behalf of Council.
