We’re seeking a positive and highly organised librarian with a strong customer focus, to join our team of staff committed to providing high quality library experiences to the Boroondara community. If you’re passionate about providing frontline customer service and supporting community members who are unable to visit the library due to age, frailty​ or disability, this role could be a great fit for you.

This is a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week) primarily based at Camberwell Library. Please note regular weekend and evening work is required.

• Lead the charge in embedding child safety practices.
• Improve child-safe practices by developing, implementing, and enhancing these practices.
• Contribute to the effective management of child-safe incidents, and coordinate external-facing child-safe initiatives.

Working in our Turf Management team, you will be responsible for works related to the preparation and maintenance of our sports turf surfaces and sports assets. 

Based at Freeway Golf Course in Balwyn North.

This role will play a key part in planning, designing, managing, delivering and communicating our Greenways Plan, which is under development. 

It will lead the delivery of walking and cycling infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with community needs and council strategies, while working closely with internal teams, councillors and external stakeholders.
