Planning to enrol your child in 3- or 4-year-old kindergarten for 2024? Keep in mind these important dates:
- Registrations for first-round offers close Friday 23 June.
- First-round enrolment offers start from Friday 21 July.
Kindergarten is an important step in preparing your child for primary school. We have 27 wonderful member kindergartens across Boroondara, and positions at each are in high demand.
The Boroondara Kindergarten Central Enrolment Scheme makes it easy to register and manage your child’s application online. You can specify your kindergarten group preferences and accept or decline your child’s offer.
The online application lets you nominate up to 5 preferences for your child, to maximise their chances of being offered a position.
Kindergarten places will start to be offered from Friday 21 July. You’ll be sent an email with either an offer, or your child’s position on the waiting list. Positions will continue to be offered, as they become available, until all places are allocated.
