Participants will engage in a series of slow, deliberate postures designed to improve balance, mobility and mental clarity. This session will be led by Anna, an experienced Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor from the local YMCA. What to wear and what to bringNo special equipment is required, and we don’t get down on the floor.Wear loose clothing or stretchy fabrics.
