Quiet Hour provides an opportunity to experience Town Hall Gallery exhibitions with less people and lower sensory stimuli.

During your visit to the Gallery, you can expect:

  • Exhibition sounds to be turned off
  • Music in the customer service areas to be turned off
  • No PA announcements, except in case of emergencies
  • A dedicated quiet area nearby
  • A dedicated staff member to support any additional needs
  • Headphones to borrow

These weekly, free sessions are for anyone who would benefit from a quiet and calm setting to encounter art, including people with dementia, autism, disability and chronic illness conditions.

All ages are welcome.

No bookings necessary.
