Dance like nobody's watching with Latin spice and disco beats. Long-time dancer and fitness instructor Paris from the YMCA leads this all-ages, low to moderate intensity class that promises to get your sweat on while having a good time. This 50-minute class will incorporate a thorough cool down and stretch.
What to wear and what to bring
Wear comfortable exercise clothes. It’s not a high-energy workout and doesn’t involve any stretching or pushing of physical limitations. Closed-toe shoes are advisable.
Please remember to bring a water bottle and arrive at the session on time as late comers will not be admitted.
