headspace Day is an annual event dedicated to promoting and advocating for the mental health and wellbeing of all young Australians.
This year’s theme ‘Pause, Reflect, Reconnect’ encourages young people to take time amid life’s challenges to pause, reflect and reconnect with the things they love or to do something that works for them.
To celebrate headspace Day 2024, headspace Malvern is running a fun and relaxing evening of painting and connecting with others.
No painting experience is necessary. We’ll provide you with the essential materials.
This is a great opportunity to do an activity you enjoy or try something new.
This event is for young people aged 16 to 25 years.
