We have implemented a new facility for Council's tender documents to be downloaded and tender responses submitted online electronically using the Evalua e-tendering system.
Tenders can be submitted electronically using the Evalua e-tendering system.
First time Evalua users will be required to register with a valid email address and login details will then be sent to that email address. Once registered, tenderers will be able to use their assigned username or password to access and download tender documents and submit their tender responses electronically.
When lodging tender submissions electronically, you must allow sufficient time for your documents to be uploaded completely before the nominated closing time and date. The e-tendering system will automatically lock at the closing time and date and any incomplete uploads will be halted and your tender will not have been submitted.
It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that all their submission documents are fully uploaded before the closing time and date. Council will not accept any late tenders.
There will be a short transition period during which Council will continue to accept hard copy tender submissions but after that period only submissions via the e-tendering system will be accepted.
Tenderers are encouraged to start using the e-tendering system as soon as possible to become familiar with the system during the short transition period. For this period, hard copy tender submissions can be made but must be in an unbound format and the entire submission must be either fully single sided or fully double sided (not a mixture).
Hard copy tender submissions must be placed in Council's Tender Box located in the foyer of the Council Offices at 8 Inglesby Road Camberwell VIC 3124.
