Tenders can be submitted electronically using the Evalua e-tendering system.
First time Evalua users will be required to register with a valid email address and login details will then be sent to that email address. Once registered, tenderers will be able to use their assigned username or password to access and download tender documents and submit their tender responses electronically.
When lodging tender submissions electronically, you must allow sufficient time for your documents to be uploaded completely before the nominated closing time and date. The e-tendering system will automatically lock at the closing time and date and any incomplete uploads will be halted and your tender will not have been submitted.
It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that all their submission documents are fully uploaded before the closing time and date. Council will not accept any late tenders.
Council will not accept any hardcopy, emailed or faxed submissions.
